I won’t tell y’all which one but one of them was in my room this morning. Mom had him in her arms and was talking him into falling asleep… he had none of that on his mind. When she touched his face he smiled so big and she said a few words he started making sounds back… it was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. My baby talking to her baby the way I talked to her.

*Sigh*

When life runs you over with its souped up bulldozer, God sends you these reminders of what is truly important.

Now off to deal with the cable company (the opposite of Gods reminders… more like what He tosses out).

I am on the phone with him as I write this (he is talking about hallucinations and nurses that steal cars). He tells me he is better now and he sort of remembers being close to death. He also said he is glad he did not get let go (as he was requesting). He sounds great and tells me the worst times were between the not breathing and the moment they removed the tracheotomy tube. I am extremely angry and just trying to stay calm… he has been trying to make me feel better about the “incident”. For the past hour I have been told what has been going on with him… we just got off a conference call with Bank of America where Theresa told him how sorry she was that someone could do this to a human being while he was on his death bed.

OH, that.

See someone took his bank card and has been spending his Social Security money for the past five months while he has been “dying”. Now that he did not die someone is gonna pay with money or jail.. if left up to me they would pay both and an extra thing.. BRANDING. Yes Branding like they did in the old west to $^#@*ing cows. I am LIVID!

Not only did these people steal his money but they took his accumulated wealth. He NEVER asked for much. HE ALWAYS PAID HIS OWN WAY and was the first to give money to all of us, he was the only one who came through and without being asked!!!! So what did they do… spent a dead mans money, or so they thought. I Stopped the card (he is $400 in the negative) . I changed the address where the card goes. Tomorrow I call the police and the banks fraud complaint line. Even now he is full of forgiveness and talking about why people may have done this and feels sorry for them… Luckily (like Gods kids) Juanito is more like Jesus… Me… hello my name is Lucifer please have a seat for I am about to unleash hell upon your fu**en a$$e$$.

If any of y’all have these items I would be most grateful… so instead of throwing them please send them to me I will make sure he gets them. He has a hospital gown and thats it… and you know he still manages to laugh about it (we joked that he would have to pay for his own funeral by working at the car wash in the next few days)… I love that crazy man.

I have not had the time to thank all of you for your kind words and support in my family’s quest for a headstone for Mom.

We are at 600 dollars and counting. My nieces are looking into the cost for a headstone with what Mom would have liked (more on this as it progresses). I am very honored in the fact people that have never met me or my family would help us like this. Your words, donations and love are greatly appreciated!
